Anatomy of the TP-1600: Digital Textile Printer

TP-1600 is a digital textile printer built upon the direct dye sublimation technology. The system is integrated with a Japanese made printer, an Inline heating unit and an Air Purifying unit. Digital Textile Printer with the same configuration has been sold to many countries worldwide. It was the same model as TP-1600 that printed thousands of flags for the Beijing Olympic 2008.

 

This proven technology ensures the accurate colour reproduction and efficient productivity. Here we show you how.

 


The Printer
  • New Epson Print Head -1440 nozzle (180 nozzle x 8 line)
  • Drop on demand Micro Piezo Inkjet Technology, 4 - Colour Print Head: C,M,Y,K. disperse dye (sublimation) ink
  • Intelligent interweaving printing technique virtually eliminates horizontal banding.
  • Variable Dot Technology delivers naturally smooth and dot-free toned graphics.
  • Maximum Media Width 1625mm and up to 15 square meter per hour at 720 dpi resolution
  • The simple control panel indicates printer status, Height of head, Effect of Wave pattern and Cleaning mode.
  • The logical diagram on the control panel allows operator quick access to Menu setting and functions.
